Class 2 Driver

Position: Class 2 Driver Location: Glasgow Salary: £28.5k per annum + bonus (£13.70 p/h + bonus) Overtime: Paid at 1.5x Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (40 hours) Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team in the metals industry.
This is a full-time role that combines driving responsibilities with warehouse duties, offering a great opportunity for someone with a versatile skill set.
Key Responsibilities * Safely operate Class 2 vehicles for deliveries and collections.
* Load and unload materials at delivery and collection points.
* Assist with general warehouse tasks, including stock organization and preparing goods for dispatch.
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and at customer locations.
Requirements * A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
* Previous experience in a similar role, including warehouse work, is preferred.
* A forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
