Class 1 Driver Location: Newton Heath occasionally Cheadle Hulme Pay rates: 16.00 - 20.35 depending on shift Shift times : Typically, Friday to Monday but flexibility is required should the volumes need additional days working.
Days - Usually start between 04:00 and 08:00 Nights - Usually start between 16.00 and 18.00 We're looking for full-time Class 1 Days Drivers to join our team at our Newton Heath site, supporting a national drinks and logistics distribution client.

Pay rates: Days Monday to Thursday - 16.00 per hour (OT after 9 hours at 17.50 per hour) Friday and Saturday - 16.00 per hour (for all hours) Sunday - 18.35 per hour Nights Monday to Thursday - 17.00 per hour (OT after 9 hours at 17.50 per hour) Friday and Saturday - 17.55 per hour (for all hours) Sunday - 20.35 per hour About the role: Deliveries to other depots (singles drops - occasional maximum 2 drops) No hand balling Reporting vehicle defects Ensuring vehicles have been loaded correctly Requirements: (C+E) licence / Digi tacho & CPC cards 2 years minimum C+E driving experience Maximum 6 points for minor offences Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Customer service skills required Benefits and more: Weekly Pay 28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata) Access to Manpower Rewards (Discounts on adventure days) Access to the MyPath upskilling programme Possible permanent opportunities for the right candidate Apply now and someone from the team will be in touch!
