Class 1 Driver

WPRG is recruiting for a Class 1 driver to work on an ongoing basis for it's client based in Leyton, E10.
The suitable candidate will have the following skills and experience: minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience experience with double deck trailers maximum of 6 points on licence for minor offences (No DD/DR/IN/CD codes) good communication skills good knowledge of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive This is a trunking role requiring the driver to do 5 on 3 off rotating shift, so will include weekend working and involves some very light handball.
You will be given a rota.
Start times are between 04:00am - 06:00am but you must be flexible to start between these hours.
Driving assessment including a theory test is required as part of the pre-employment process.
There is a potential for a permanent job for the right candidate.
Pay rates are: Option 1 - Accrue holiday in addition to the basic hourly rate - £17.77 Option 2 - Holiday accrual is included in the hourly rate - £20.14 - increasing to £20.62 after 12 weeks.
Breaks are paid on all shifts.
