CLASS 1 DRIVER – TRUNKING WORK NIGHT & DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE £18.20 – £25.44 PER HOUR People Solutions are looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers for trunking work with our well-established client based in Carlisle.
Shift Patterns: Night Shifts: Start times between 13:00 – 20:30 Day Shifts: Start times between 00:00 – 07:00 Shifts available Monday to Sunday Benefits: Immediate start Regular, ongoing work Friendly and supportive team Temp-to-perm opportunities Excellent motorway links Site parking Weekly pay Day-to-Day Duties: Trunking routes for Class 1 vehicles Safely and efficiently operating Class 1 vehicles Completing daily vehicle checks before and after each shift Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries Securing loads and completing necessary paperwork Adhering to traffic laws and regulations Essential Skills: Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Driving Licence No more than six penalty points for minor infringements No DR, DD, or IN endorsements due to insurance requirements Physically fit for manual handling tasks Reliable and professional Training Provided: Manual handling training Paid on-site driving assessment Partnered with an experienced driver for your first shift Apply Now!
