Class 1 Driver

City Resource are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for a well-established client based in Whittlesey.
Shifts available - days and nights and weekends.
Regular shifts available all year.
Day to day you will be responsible for: Multi-drop deliveries through the UK Ensuring accurate, safe and timely deliveries of temperature controlled goods Occasional mandatory nights out Carrying out daily vehicle checks in line with Company procedure prior to leaving the depot to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, and that the load is safe and secure To be considered for this position you should have the following: Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK Relevant HGV licence, ideally with no more than 6 penalty points 2 years current HGV driving experience, ideally with multi-drop experience CPC & digi-tacho Physical fitness as there will be manual handling of heavy goods For more information please contact City Resource Driving team
