Job Title: Clamp FLT Driver Location: North Thoresby, Plastic Recycling Site Shifts: 8-hour shifts during training, transitioning to a 4 on/4 off schedule About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Clamp FLT Driver to join our team at a busy plastic recycling site in North Thoresby.
This is a hands-on role that involves operating a forklift truck equipped with a clamp attachment to load conveyors and handle waste bales.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a Clamp FLT to move, load, and manage plastic materials Assist with the sorting and loading of materials onto conveyors Perform basic equipment checks and ensure the truck is in good working order Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and wear the required PPE at all times Snap bands on waste bales as part of the loading process What We're Looking For: Valid FLT license with Clamp Truck experience  Strong awareness of health and safety practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Willingness to undergo training on an 8-hour shift schedule before transitioning to a 4 on/4 off shift pattern What We Offer: Competitive salary Full training provided Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Shift pattern flexibility after training If you're an experienced FLT driver looking to join a fast-paced, growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
