Claims Handler – Contents and Gadget Have you worked with mobile phone or gadget insurance claims?

We are looking for people to work on a Hybrid basis for a growing claims company.
Where : Hybrid with our Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5 When : Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week Salary : £22,500pa - £24,000pa DOE What you will be doing: Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team Being available to field calls from customers, clients and suppliers.
Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service What we need from you: Previous customer service experience Previous Insurance industry experience (Household) - desirable but not essential Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages) Good communication skills Good organisation skills Benefits 28 days holiday Birthday off work Charity Days Off Healthcare Can purchase extra holidays Cycle to work scheme Paid lunch once a week when in the office Team nights out Annual Staff awards Interested?
