Spotlightjobs now have another exciting opportunity to recruit for an expanding and developing claims team.
Candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience of handling RTA claims but all other traing for the role will be provided.
Full job description The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team and self motivated.
Responsibilities will include: - Liaising with clients via telephone.
- Managing a case load of RTA claims - Providing updates to insurers, work providers, and clients with regular updates.
- LiaIsing with bodyshops and our repair network.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound third-party queries.
