Claims Broker

Our client is a boutique insurance brokerage looking for an experienced Claims Broker to join the business and establish the claims offering, which will shape the claims service the company provides to their clients.
This is a newly created role where the individual will need to manage their own workload, have excellent administrative skills, be task-focused, and want to develop and nurture their career with the business.
To be considered for this role:Must have experience dealing with complex Motor Fleet claimsPrevious experience dealing with Commercial Combined, PI, and Management Liability claimsGood understanding of the end-to-end claims procedures along with knowledge using claims systems including MOJ & OIC portalsMust have intermediate knowledge of ActurisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurersThe right candidate will be given full assistance to settle into the company's culture and will work closely with senior members of the established Commercial Department, attending regular client and insurer meetings, becoming an integral part of each client's servicing team.
We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working individual that puts the client at the centre of their day-to-day work and is looking for more exposure within the Insurance Industry.
Hybrid working is available with a mix of both home and office working.
