  Champion Safety: Foster a culture of safety by promoting Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting.

  Elevate Quality: Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest specifications.

  Requirements Proven Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
  Technical Expertise: NRSWA Level 10 (highly desirable), EUSR, SMSTS, or SSSTS certifications.
