Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Design Engineer will include: Lead the design of civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability standards.
Manage large-scale projects, including planning, site assessments, hydraulic analyses, and material selection, while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee the integration of designs with other disciplines and resolve technical challenges during construction.
Prepare comprehensive reports, specifications, and cost analyses, ensuring all designs meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in civil design and project management, with strong knowledge of hydraulics, structural design, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools, with advanced technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of mentoring teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

What This is Offering: Competitive salary of £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.
