About Us: HSQE Training, a division of HSQE Consultancy Ltd, offers high-quality Health, Safety, and Environmental training to support businesses in meeting industry compliance and achieving excellence.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced CITB Trainer to deliver a range of construction-related courses on an ad-hoc basis.
This role requires flexibility in delivery, with both virtual/remote learning and face-to-face classroom sessions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver CITB accredited courses, including SSSTS, SSSTS-R, SMSTS, SMSTS-R, and Health and Safety Awareness (HSA).
Facilitate both remote/virtual learning sessions and in-person classroom training, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for participants.
Prepare and adapt training materials to suit different delivery methods and learner needs.
Ensure training content aligns with CITB standards and remains up-to-date with current industry regulations.
Provide feedback and assessments for course participants, monitoring their progress throughout the training.
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, assessments, and course completions.
Create a positive learning environment, whether in a virtual or physical setting, ensuring all learners are supported and engaged.
Key Requirements: Must be registered as a CITB-approved Trainer.
Proven experience delivering SSSTS, SSSTS-R, SMSTS, SMSTS-R, and HSA courses.
Strong understanding of CITB regulations and construction industry standards.
Experience delivering training in both remote/virtual formats and face-to-face classroom settings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to tailor training methods to meet the specific needs of various learners.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for face-to-face training delivery as needed.
