This innovative initiativeaims to provide integrated health and care services for military personnel,their families, and the local civilian population, while setting a nationalbenchmark for collaborative healthcare delivery.The CICC will address thegrowing demand for health and care services driven by the relocation of armedforces personnel and the expansion of the local civilian population due to newhousing developments.TheOD&T Project Support Officer will play a pivotal role in the organisationaldesign and transformation of the CICC.
They will assist in planning, executing,and monitoring project activities to align with the transformation goals, facilitatecommunication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure their needs areintegrated into the organisational design.
Main duties of the job The postholder will workclosely with the CICC OD&T Manager, the CICC Programme Manager and CICCClinical lead to support the delivery of the CICC programme, It is importantfor the postholder to operate effectively across both organisations while beingemployed by the NHS.TheOD&T Project Support Officer will assist in planning, executing, &monitoring project activities to ensure they align with the transformationgoals of the Catterick Integrated Care Campus (CICC).
This includes trackingprogress, managing timelines, and ensuring project milestones are met.Thisrole involves facilitating communication and collaboration among variousstakeholders, including NHS and MOD representatives, local authorities, andcommunity groups.
The officer will ensure that stakeholder needs andperspectives are integrated into the organisational design and transformationprocess.Theofficer will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting projectdata.
This data will support informed decision-making and track progressagainst key performance indicators, ensuring the project stays on course.Providingadministrative assistance to the project team is a key duty.
This includesscheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project recordsto ensure smooth project operations.Identifyingpotential risks and issues that could impact the project is crucial.
Theofficer will work with the project team to develop and implement mitigationstrategies to address these risks.

Allpartners across the NHS, MOD, and our communities remain committed to deliveringthis new facility and to turning the vision into a reality.The post holder would be expected to workautonomously to achieve project objectives including:Ensuring accurate and timelyinformation is provided to support project and programme reporting.Support, facilitate and coordinate thedevelopment of the OD&T programme plan and work packages through liaisonand coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Support the implementation of specificinitiatives in accordance with the agreed timescales.Provide support to a range of groupsand teams related to the programme.Collating and analysing project data,investigating risks and issues and researching best practice.Develop productive relationships with arange of internal and external stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach tocommissioner programmes and project delivery.Manage and support the timeliness ofproject plans and escalate issues as required.Prepare reports, presentations andupdates for stakeholders and Programme Manager.
Person Specification Experience Essential Proven experience in project management/PMO function or similar with relevant experience to this role and strong organisational skills Experience of working in a complex organisation in a health or military environment or public sector organisation Understanding of principles, methods, techniques and tools for effective project management Experience of working effectively with stakeholders and partners Effective team working Desirable Experience in supporting change management initiatives.
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
Experience in coordinating training and development activities for staff.
Skills and Attributes Essential Have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset for identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to achieve project objectives.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment and able to multi-task Able to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders Excellent presentation and communications skills both verbal and written Qualifications Essential Degree level qualification or relevant experience in a project support role Proven track record of delivering projects.
Significant knowledge of administrative / project support / PMO / performance /commissioning support Desirable Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
