Ci201457 - Specialty Registrar Lat (Ct Or St) In Anaesthetics

Applications are invited for 2 LAT posts within the North of Scotland Anaesthetic Training Programme.
These posts are offered at CT1 or ST4 Level, although there may be the option to appoint at CT2 or CT3 level.The North of Scotland Anaesthetic Training Programme is delivered through Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in Aberdeen and Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
These posts may be based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary or Raigmore Hospital, depending on balancing the needs of the successful applicant and the training programme overall.12 months previous experience in Anaesthesia in the UK is essential.
The Initial Assessment of Competence and Initial Assessment of Competence in Obstetric Anaesthesia are also desirable.
Candidates with more than 18 months experience in Anaesthesia may also be considered.
Training needs of the successful applicant will be supported where possible, including the potential to achieve stage 1 equivalence.The posts will commence on 5th February 2024 until 5th August 2025.Brief Description of the programme:The Postgraduate Dean confirms that this placement and / or programme has the required educational and Postgraduate Dean's approval.
