Christmas Till Operators

Job Description   Providing all customers at the CBS Arena with excellent customer service   Serving food and drinks to all guests of the CBS Arena   Preparing hot drinks to a specialty standard  Preparing hot food to be served within our concessions units   Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service for our   guests To get involved in stock management processes ensuring that the correct amount of stock is accessible and counted at all times throughout service.   Ensuring the concessions unit is clean and ready for service throughout the day   To adhere with cash handling and profit control measures  Taking orders from clients and customers and utilising the till system where necessary to accurately take orders.
Cash handling/using tills.   To adhere to the policies and standards of the CBS Arena including; Cash Handling, Stock Management, Health & Safety and Food Safety.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following: Hard working, punctual and reliable You will be well-presented, articulate and organised and have friendly personality.
