Pay & Hours:? Rate of Pay - £11.60 per hour, ? Hours of Work: 24 - 42 hours on a days? Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
The Role:Supporting with a range of care needs and enabling our service users to lead fulfilling livesincluding:? Personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)? Assist with meals and drinks to support our resident's overall nutrition? Contribute and support during activities? Maintain and develop professional relations with families? Completing all relevant paperwork in a timely manner? Reporting any safeguarding concerns? Promote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life? Assist with mobility and transferring safely e.g.
from bed to chair? Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being reporting any changesAbout You:? You should be naturally caring, passionate and committed to providing the best possiblecare? Be able to work as part of a team? Have patience, communication and listening skills?
