It is relaxed enough to sit in the morning with a coffee and transforming into an elegant setting for enjoying a local craft beer or a glass of wine in the evening.

Your missions will be: Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved in the breakfast the coffee shop and the bar Ensures the working areas are clean Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible Complying with Food Safety regulations Take food and drinks order and provides support to the breakfast Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill #2 Caf and Bar Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel Passionate for the success of the hotel Attention to detail and quality Willing to embrace changes Qualifications : Who are we looking for Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
Friendly approachable with excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Strong team player and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Essential to be flexible with working hours.
Must already have the right to work in the UK.
