Children's Support Worker Full- time and part - time positions available.
Permanent Contracts.
£22,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
Your role as a support worker will be to Support the young people on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis to promote their independence and support with the transition phase to becoming a young adult.
