Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford.
Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team.
Part-Time hours availableJob OpportunityWhile no two days are the same, consistency in approach is key.
Can you:Help the our young people to meet their personal care needs.Enable our children and adults to express their wishes, views and feelingsApply creative and innovative ideas to support education Support with all aspects of health and wellbeing.Attend appointment and arranging social activities. Support opportunities in the community and actively encouraging independence.Be a positive and nurturing role model·      Essential Skills Be compassionate and understanding. Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.Effective verbal and listening skills.Excellent time management and communication skill.Please be aware we can only consider applicants aged 23 due to Ofsted regulations.The description is not intended as a total definition of the post, only an outline of the duties involved.
