This service works with children in care and care experienced young people up to the age of 25.About the roleAs a Children's Social Care Team Manager you will support your team of skilled social workers and practitioners to build long term relationships with children and young people and help them reach their full potential.
You will be a team player and the ability to engage and communicate with other professionals is essential.You should have a sound knowledge of the legislation and regulations surrounding children in care and care experienced young people and the ability to ensure your team are applying these.The work includes occasional Court Work, linked to achieving permanence for our children and young people.
