What you will bring To be considered as our Childrens Service Inspector, you will need: - A leadership background within health services, with knowledge and skills in child safeguarding, children with special educational needs and disabilities - A professional health or social care background - Experience of managing challenging scenarios and difficult conversations - The ability to use analytical information and risk-based methodology to inform decision-making - Computer literacy and excellent communication skills - Confidence in articulating coherent rationales for action based on robust evidence - The ability to travel regularly and be accommodated away from home on a regular basis What youll be doing As a Children's Service Inspector, you will lead and contribute to the inspection of childrens health services, working across single agency and multi-agency inspection programmes.
Specifically, you will undertake on-site inspections, analyse evidence, assess risks, and produce high-quality written reports.
You will also collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and ensure all work adheres to agreed methodologies and standards.
