Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit nurses who are highly skilled and motivated, who are proactive and have proven clinical and people management skills.
You will need to be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, alongside a passion for delivering compassionate high quality care as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
You will be expected to lead and motivate the team, using critical thinking in clinical decision making to maintain a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
