Children's Senior Registered Manager - Residential Services Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £75k (Depending on experience)

We are collaborating with a provider of Children's Social Care Services, supporting in the recruitment of a Senior Registered Manager for a 7-bed learning disabilities residential service.

Responsibilities: Oversee day to day operations and delivery of high quality care within the home Leadership and development of the staff team Collaborate with the Regional Manager to take on operational responsibilities within the service Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding protocols Collaborate with families, social workers and external agencies to provide holistic care for young people Requirements: Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management Management experience within a similar residential setting We are looking for a candidate who is ready to take the next step in the career as a Registered Manager.
