Children'S Occupational Therapist - Neurodiversity Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
As a specialist in neurodiversity, you will play a key role in providing therapeutic services to children with complex needs.
About the Role This is a permanent, part-time position working 4 days per week (30 hours).
You will be based at Waterloo Lodge School, Chorley and Oakfield House School, Preston.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs.
Responsibilities To provide occupational therapy services to children with complex needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and complex trauma.
To work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans for each child.
To collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
Requirements The successful candidate will have: A relevant occupational therapy qualification.
Sensory Integration training, preferably at level 3.
Experience of working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs.
Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
What We Offer We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous CPD allowance of £2,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
