Registered Childrens Home Manager Chorlton, Greater Manchester up to £65,000 per annum Full Time | Permanent DMD Partners are working in partnership with a forward-thinking residential care provider to recruit an ambitious and passionate leader to take the lead as Registered Manager of their 2-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) childrens home in Chorlton, Greater Manchester.
The home is supported by a fantastic team and has recently achieved 'Good' in all areas and 'Outstanding' in Leadership and Management in its first Ofsted inspection.
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and continued success of the service, ensuring high quality standards, compliance and business viability.
You will be an influential leader with the ability to lead, develop and empower a staff team to deliver the very best standards of care and support to the children.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must have relevant experience within residential childcare and either already be registered with Ofsted as a Home Manager or be an experienced Deputy Manager, wanting to take the next step in your career.
Completion of Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) along with the willingness to complete (if not already completed) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare is required.
