Childrens Home Registered Manager - Lancaster & Skipton Locations: Lancaster & Skipton, North Yorkshire Salary: £45,000£60,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Start Date: ASAP No Sponsorship Offered Are you a dedicated Childrens Home Registered Manager with experience in supporting young people with complex needs?
Were looking for an experienced leader to oversee 1-bedded homes in Lancaster and Skipton , supporting 16/17-year-olds facing emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference while leading a team in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead two 1-bedded homes in Lancaster and Skipton , providing leadership and direction as Childrens Home Registered Manager .
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards of care and support for young people.
Work closely with external partners, including The Princes Trust, to open doors to opportunities for young people in your care.
Support staff development, including mentoring those pursuing Level 5 qualifications.
Manage on-call duties and collaborate with your Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations across both homes.
What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Childrens Home Registered Manager with a background in managing complex needs.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Confidence in working with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
Passion for supporting young people from challenging backgrounds.
