They provide a therapeutic package tailored to the individual needs of each young person, serving as a viable alternative to secure provisions or a step-down from a secure setting.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Children's Home Registered Manager at One to One Crisis Intervention in Newton Abbot.
The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications - Experience in residential childcare management - Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Experience working with young people with complex needs - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
