We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable Deputy Manager to join our dedicated and highly valued team based in Warrington.The home is a solo service, providing therapeutic care for a young person who may initially struggle to live in a larger group home.We think that our teams are the best in the industry - if you want to join us, there has never been a better time!
nullA minimum of 2 years experience in a children's residential care home (within the last 5 years)At least 12 months in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent Thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations, relevant legislation and Quality StandardsExcellent communication and team leader skills.A full, UK driving licence issued in the UKRight to work in the UK with no restrictionsCandidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulationsSuccessful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
