Although this is fast paced environment, we offer an excellent learning opportunities and support to gain new skills.There is the opportunity for this role to be cross sites with John Radcliffe Hospital and Horton General Hospital.

Main duties of the job Independently assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for a defined caseload of patientsAssume responsibility for individual clinical areas within the unitMaintain and continually develop specialist knowledge of nursing practice relevant to individual clinical areaContribute to the development of others through supervision, mentoring and teachingContribute toward the continuing development of professional nursing practice in the Emergency DepartmentTo follow trust guidance in regards to safe guarding Working for our organisation Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country.
