We are looking for Children, Young People & Family Support Workers to join our growing team in Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to children, young people, and families Collaborate with local authorities, schools, and professionals Engage families in support plans for positive outcomes Safeguard and promote children's welfare Follow local and national safeguarding policies What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working with children, young people, or families in a support role.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, though not essential.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
Checks: Enhanced DBS check required.
Applicants must provide references covering the last 3 years.
