Main duties of the job As aChildren's Audiologistyou will: Undertake paediatric hearing assessment clinics using appropriate behavioural and objective test techniques enable the formulation of individual care plans including the assessment of children considered to be routine as well as those with complex needs Write appropriate clear and concise reports to communicate test findings to the referring professional and others involved in the care of the child Liaise with colleagues from other disciplines in making individual care plans Communicate effectively with children, young people and families who may have hearing loss Plan and prioritise own administrative workload, and manage time effectively Work with other team members to ensure the smooth running of audiology clinics Contribute towards service development with the Childrens Community Audiology Service team About us About the CompanyWe change lives by transforming health and care.Established in 2006, we are one of the UKs leading independent providers of community health and care services, working with health and care commissioners and communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes.
