Job summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This role involves providing high-quality mental health care to children and young people aged 0-18, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support young people with a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral difficulties.

Essential Requirements: Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with relevant professional body registration.Passion for working with children and young people in a mental health setting.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Qualified in a core profession (Social Work, Nurse, Allied Health Professional) Professional registration with recognised National Body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England) Desirable Psychology or other mental health related undergraduate degree.
Nationally recognised postqualification, continuous professional development (CPD) related to the core profession (Social Work, Nurse, Allied Health Professional).
