Childcare Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a local authority, based in Devon, which is in need of a Childcare Lawyer to join their team.This role is on a Hybrid basis on a 3 month ongoing contract paying a rate off £50 - £55 an hour umbrellaKey Responsibilities as a Childcare Lawyer:Manage caseload in an area of law allocated.To respond to requests for advice, representation etc, from Devon County Council employees.To manage all aspects of court representation as required.Advise and/or present to courts, meetings, members at formal appeal hearings or as required by the County SolicitorBenefits:Flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.Continuous professional development opportunities.Weekly payHybrid WorkingWe also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
