Childcare Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a local authority, based in Devon , which is in need of a Childcare Lawyer to join their team.

This role is on a Hybrid basis on a 3 month ongoing contract paying a rate off £50 - £55 an hour umbrella
Key Responsibilities as a Childcare Lawyer: Manage caseload in an area of law allocated.
To respond to requests for advice, representation etc, from Devon County Council employees.
To manage all aspects of court representation as required.
Advise and/or present to courts, meetings, members at formal appeal hearings or as required by the County Solicitor Benefits: Flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.

Weekly pay Hybrid Working We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
