Job description: Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – The Childrens House Montessori NurseryThe Aspire Training Team are seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual as an apprentice to complete their Level 3 Childcare qualification with The Childrens House Montessori Nursery in Corfe MullenThe Childrens House Montessori Nursery are a family-owned Montessori school with the highest standards of educational care for two to five year olds, in a caring and happy atmosphere.We are a friendly 'home-from-home' nursery in a lovely wooded setting, and we are looking for a passionate, imaginative practitioner to add to our team.
We are registered to accept places for up to 40 children, split into 2 classes of up to 20 at any one time.
We provide a full and varied curriculum to our children following the EYFS, and support this with Montessori learning resources and ethosYour duties and responsibilities will include; To feel confident in caring for several key children and recording their progress whilst attending with us.
To feel confident in liaising with your key children's families to ensure a really close connection between them, their child, the nursery and yourself.To ensure the safeguarding, and health and safety of all children in your care, working with the nursery management team where any concerns are raised.
The need to read, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role and the safe running of the setting, to uphold the profile of the nursery and its standards.
To keep completely confidential any information regarding the children, their families or other staff that is acquired as part of the job.
Requirements; Level 2 Childcare Qualification is requiredYou must be able to gain a clear DBS, Having GCSE's A*-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e functional skills Hours; The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday – Thursday with shift patterns to be discussedThe Childrens House Montessori Nursery is open from 08:00-18:00 Monday-Friday
