Chief Underwriting Officer

Your new company Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a talented and driven Underwriting Manager to guide and review the improvement of underwriting policies and procedures.
This is a great opportunity for a senior underwriter looking to step up.
Your new role Responsibilities will include managing, enhancing, and maintaining underwriting guides and rating tools, as well as updating underwriting guidelines for all distribution channels.
You will also lead wording drafting and wording reviews, contribute to product innovation, and provide technical training to underwriters.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must have 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting, including demonstrable account management experience.
You should also have proven expert knowledge of commercial insurance wording, product development, underwriting, legal, and regulatory.
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, as is attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
