Define and execute the organization's technical vision, strategy, and long-term product roadmap Act as the engineering authority, making critical decisions on design, quality, and compliance across projects and flight operations.
Oversee engineering teams' development and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining high standards in technical processes and workflows.
Drive innovation by monitoring emerging technologies and executing critical programmes to keep the company and its products competitive.
Lead technical product ownership by defining requirements and prioritizing features to ensure products meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering Drone and UAV Technologies Aviation and Aerospace Regulations Advanced Manufacturing Methods Safety and Risk Management in Flight Operations SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Systems Thinking Analytical and Critical Thinking Decisiveness and Problem-Solving Leadership and People Management Product Lifecycle Management Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation Process Optimization Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management Project Management Intellectual Property (IP) Management Successful applicant must be eligible to attain SC Clearance.
