As CTO, you'll lead the charge in shaping the technological vision and strategy across the organization.
Your focus will be on driving key initiatives to ensure our tech landscape remains efficient, innovative, and high performing.
What you will do:Develop and execute the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectivesEnsure best practices and efficient use of resourcesManage technology budgeting and staffing requirementsEstablish and enforce governance frameworks, security protocols, and standards across all of technologyMentor and develop technical teams, encompassing knowledge sharing, succession planning, career progression, and overall collaboration between teamsExperience communicating with C-level stakeholders and/or governance boards.What you need to have:In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesExperience in engineering – both from a software and cloud architecture perspective.
You should be able to challenge technical decisions and actively participate in technical and architecture planning.Experience in integrating large-scale disparate technologies across multiple companies and/or vendorsSecurity and compliance: deep understanding of cloud security principles and regulatory requirementsExperience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goalsExpertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scopeVendor management: experience working with multiple vendors and controlling tech expenditure
