As we continue to expand our portfolio of ground-breaking therapies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Scientific Officer.
Key Responsibilities : You will be responsible for designing and executing the discovery and preclinical research strategy.
You will structure and manage non-clinical operation and implement the IP strategy of the business.
You will set up new and manage existing academic collaborations.
Oversee analytical interactions with external CROs, CDMOs, consultants and collaborators to ensure analytical assay development, manufacturability assessment and CMC.
Interact with health authorities on aspects of pre-clinical development and participating in the drafting of the necessary regulatory documents Stimulate partnerships with pharma & biotech as well as participating in the next round of financing Qualifications : PhD in Immunology or a related field Over 10 years' industrial experience in biotech/pharma within drug discovery and research.
A track record of developing Cell Therapy programs from Discovery to Phase 1 and successfully submitted and IND in the Oncology or IO space.
Success in collaborations and has a track record of pitching to investors.
The role is a on-site position and would require to be on-site in King's Cross 4 days per week.
