Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
AI Expertise: Leverage advancements in AI and NLP to deliver innovative solutions, keeping Aveni at the forefront of technology.
Customer-Centric Approach: Actively engage with clients and integrate their feedback to meet market needs and challenges.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering diversity and inclusion while mentoring team members.
Requirements What We're Looking For: Significant experience in Product Management, ideally in scaling or enterprise organisations.
Proven track record in developing and launching complex software products.
Expertise in B2B environments, preferably within financial services.
A passion for AI with a strong understanding of its application in product development.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Experience scaling businesses from Series A to pre-IPO is highly desirable.
A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
