40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Oversee the logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise the supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations throughout the supply chain.
Analyse performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement the required actions.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Lead, train, and develop the operations team to maximise performance.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
