Chief Marketing Officer & Vice President of Marketing The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Marketing, or VP Director Growth Marketing and Sales with a strong background in consumer goods, digital marketplaces, and eCommerce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, with the aim of doubling and redoubling the size of the business over the next three to five years.
This role requires a leader who can mentor a high-performing team, drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing a consumer goods company through the $25MM to $60MM+ in revenue range and possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a background as a CMO, CRO, or VP Marketing, with a focus on D2C/B2C marketing strategies.
A humble attitude, a passion for learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also essential.
