Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for planning and implementing the Marketing strategy for our client and increasing users growth.
You will be joining an ever growing Marketing team, working on promoting our clients Sports and Casino products, helping enhance the product offering with innovative thinking, promotions and campaigns.
With a high strategic marketing knowledge and leadership skills in marketing, you will be expected to lead the brand to improve FTDs and GGR.
The day to day work is interesting, challenging and fast paced amidst a hardworking and delivery focused company ethos.
Responsibilities Responsible for the full marketing strategy of our clients online presence Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.
Participate in organisation-wide strategy planning and expand thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth.
Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms.
Driving the users growth within the crypto gambling niche.
Manage the marketing team and coordinate acquisition and retention activities for sportsbook and casino.
Managing P&L and Marketing budget.
Requirements: Expert in Performance Marketing.
Experience working in non-regulated markets.
Passion about crypto and knowledge of the crypto trends as an ideal.
7 experience managing a team of highly skilled individuals.
Expert in driving users acquisition within the crypto and/or gambling industry.
Able to input on marketing technology and product requirements.
Analytical minded.
Out of the box thinker.
Able to identify unexplored marketing channels.
