With a high strategic marketing knowledge and leadership skills in marketing, you will be expected to lead the brand to improve FTDs and GGR.
The day to day work is interesting, challenging and fast paced amidst a hardworking and delivery focused company ethos.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full marketing strategy of our clients online presenceMeasure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.Participate in organisation-wide strategy planning and expand thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth.Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms.Driving the user's growth within the crypto gambling niche.Manage the marketing team and coordinate acquisition and retention activities for sportsbook and casino.Managing P&L and Marketing budget.Requirements:Expert in Performance Marketing.Experience working in non-regulated markets.Passion about crypto and knowledge of the crypto trends as an ideal.7+ experience managing a team of highly skilled individuals.Expert in driving user's acquisition within the crypto and/or gambling industry.Able to input on marketing technology and product requirements.Analytical minded.Out of the box thinker.
