Responsibilities: Understands Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, website keywords, social media, optimisation Growing online communities Coordinating with PR firms Email funnelling and re-targeting User acquisition for guests and hosts Branding and content strategy Requirements: Experience in leading teams in digital, data analytics, and promotions At least 5-10 years of managing high performance teams in marketing A highly meticulous and method-driven approach to problem solving Exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to guide team members Remuneration and benefits: Better than market rate with equity plan - 150-200K.
