We are seeking a Chief Inspector to join a dynamic team, leading a group of dedicated Quality personnel and ensuring their products and processes meet the highest industry standards.
What You'll Do Lead Quality Efforts : Manage a team of Quality Control staff, addressing training, performance, health & safety, and other team needs.
Customer Collaboration : Serve as a quality interface for customers, ensuring requirements are met, handling complaints, and executing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Data-Driven Improvements : Analyze organizational quality metrics, develop action plans, and recommend process enhancements based on statistical data.
System Implementation : Execute and enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100, etc.).
Problem Solving : Utilize structured methodologies such as Six Sigma and 8D to resolve product and process issues.
Training and Development : Contribute to and deliver quality assurance training programs to promote best practices.
Product Development Support : Collaborate on new product development, ensuring quality is embedded in design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
