Chief Inspector

Job Description Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of our superb Aerospace & Defence client for a Chief Inspector to work based in South Molton, Devon.
The working hours are 8.00 am - 4.45 pm and Friday 8.00 am - 12 pm.
The annual salary is Circa £45,000 PA + 5% bonus.
This position is responsible for executing the defined Strategic Quality Plan in conjunction with plant leadership.
Provides quality assurance support to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing cells and participates in continuous improvement activities in targeted areas.
Executes the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.
Leads the team of Quality Control staff in the execution of the Quality System and Strategy.
Essential Functions: Provides Quality customer interface and expertise to proactively assure requirements are understood and satisfied, including leading complaint resolution and root cause and corrective action execution.
Supports and drives the Quality Team working in the manufacturing area relative to the collection and analysis of quality data providing expertise and ensuring product and process quality requirements are implemented through EQS Policies and Quality Best Practice deployment.
