The Role The business are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy CFO to join the leadership team during this transformative phase.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, transitioning to a product-and-services revenue model, and preparing the company for future investment or exit within the next 3-5 years.
This is a hands-on role requiring a finance leader who can manage operational detail while driving strategic initiatives, including international expansion and exploring potential M&A opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, supporting the goal of achieving a £100m valuation.
Lead the finance function, building scalable processes for reporting, FP&A, and compliance across global operations.
Support the transition to a recurring revenue model, driving financial modelling and planning.
Manage international financial operations, including multi-currency processes and regulatory compliance.
Prepare high-quality board packs and manage relationships with private equity investors and other stakeholders.
Build a robust finance team capable of supporting the company's rapid growth.
What We're Looking For Experience : Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in small but high-growth companies.
Private equity or investor-facing experience is essential.
Strategic and Hands-On : Able to balance strategic vision with detailed operational execution.
Experience with recurring revenue models is highly desirable.
International Expertise : Strong understanding of international finance, including FX hedging and multi-currency operations, to support global offices.
Collaborative Leader : Low-ego, high EQ, and a team player who thrives in a diverse, inclusive, and entrepreneurial culture.
Commercial Acumen : Demonstrated ability to drive performance, reduce costs, and explore growth opportunities like M&A.
