Contract: Full-time, Permanent Reporting Line: CEO PTW is seeking a veteran Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of PTW, driving growth initiatives, day-to-day consolidation of the company's finances, global compliance, and ensuring the financial stability of the organization as a whole. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of end-to-end financial management of an international company with complex financial operations, the ability to build a world-class team across cultural barriers, and help us along our path towards a potential Initial Public Offering.
Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy for the company, aligned with PTW's overall objectives and growth plans.Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the financial analysis processes to support executive decision-making and resource allocation.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in every country we are incorporated.International Finance: Manage financial operations across international markets, including currency exchange, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.IPO Readiness: Lead all financial aspects of IPO preparation, including financial planning, regulatory compliance, and working with external partners to bring the project to fruition.Investor Relations: Partnering with our Corporate Affairs team, this candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on financial performance.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.Successful track record of leading companies through IPOs and managing public company finances.Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in the gaming industry or related sectors is a plus.Proficiency with financial software and modelling tools and data analytics platforms.International travel will be required for this position.Strong knowledge of the local accounting/finance laws in the U.K is required.What's in it for you?
