Aphios Corporation is seeking to hire a CFO to lead from a financial perspective towards an IPO being planned for 2021.
You will work directly with the CEO and Controller in all aspects of the Company's fiscal matters.
To do well in this role, you should have experiences in a healthcare company that has raised a significant amount of institutional capital and that has successfully completed an IPO.
Your responsibilities will include strategy, financial planning and analysis; budgeting and forecasting; capital raising; policies; investor relations; cash management; financial management; finance and accounting team management, administrative and operations.
This position will initially be a part-time one that will rapidly transition into a full-time position with successful execution of your role.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and an MBA or CPA with at least ten years of demonstrated experience in a senior management position and raising capital from private, crossover and public institutional investors; have strong financial and accounting background; experience with corporate governance; proven negotiation skills; experience with budget management, public accounting and cash flow; ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions; ability to inspire confidence and create trust; ability to work under pressure, plan personnel workload and effectively delegate responsibilities; and ability to work well with independent auditors.
